How to Make Your Post Sticky in WordPress

You might want to keep a post at the top of your home page in WordPress. This is called a sticky post.

This is very simple to do in WordPress. Click the ‘Edit’ link in the Publish box on the sidebar.

Then check the box that says ‘Stick this post to the front page’. Click OK.

Your post will now appear with the word ‘-Sticky’ next to it in the list of posts.
